SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for developing new clients (F&B focus), increasing sales volume in existing accounts

- Achieve monthly sales target

- Assist in regular company events, such as wine dinners, tastings, wine fairs and other promotional activities

Requirements

- 1 year relevant working experience in sales

- Degree holder, or experienced in Luxury or Fine Wine/Agency Wine industry

- Good command of written & spoken Cantonese and English. French is a plus

- Strong interpersonal skills, and a team player

- Outgoing, confident, positive and self-motivated

ACCOUNTS CLERK

Responsibilities:
- Daily book keeping (Sales Invoicing, Payments, Petty cash, G/L, A/R, A/P)
- Bank Reconciliations
- Account Analysis, Adjusting Journal Entries and Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliation
- Prepare Depreciation and Amortization Schedules
- Assist with Monthly Closings and Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements
- Assist with Budget Preparation
- Assist with Payroll Administration
- Assist with Preparation and Coordination of audit process
- Assist with Implementing and Maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
- Provide administrative support to manager
- Perform general clerical duties (Handle filing, data entries & ad-hoc assignments)

Requirement:
- Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance with LCCI Intermediate or above
- 1-2 related working experience (Fresh graduated will be considered)
- Proficient in written & spoken English, Chinese and spoken Mandarin
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Work independent
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications
- Immediate available is highly preferred
